Krishna Infotech Trust collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, process donations, issue receipts, register volunteers or members and deliver requested support. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information entrusted to us.
Information we may receive
- Name, mobile number, email and address supplied in a form.
- Donation purpose, PAN and receipt preferences when you request a receipt.
- Payment reference details returned by Razorpay. Card, UPI PIN and banking credentials are not stored by this website.
- Basic technical information required for security, troubleshooting and analytics.
How we use it
Information is used to provide the requested service, communicate about a donation or activity, maintain records, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Third-party services
Payment processing is handled by Razorpay under its applicable policies. Links to external websites, social networks or video services are governed by those services’ own policies.
