Secure Razorpay payments
Online donations, membership fees and eligible registrations are processed using Razorpay Checkout. Available payment methods depend on Razorpay account activation and may include cards, net banking, wallets, UPI Intent and UPI QR.
Payment status
The website creates payment records on the server, verifies payment signatures server-side and listens for verified Razorpay webhook updates. Duplicate webhook events are safely ignored so a captured donation is not counted twice.
Recurring payments
Monthly, quarterly or yearly donations require an approved Razorpay subscription plan or supported recurring method. Availability depends on account approval and the donor’s bank/payment method.
Never share secrets
The Trust will never ask donors to share Razorpay Key Secret, OTP, card PIN or UPI PIN. For failed or pending payments, use the payment reference and contact the Trust helpdesk.
