Health services are an important indicator of development. Issue of health is much needed in poverty stricken areas. Our intervention on this issue is limited to increasing the awareness and educating the community about vaccination and immunization with emphasis on maternal health and family welfare. To strengthen the government health services and the facilities provided by the government in health centre we raised the issue with local authorities several time. Awareness campaigns have increased the vaccination and immunization rate. We felicitate the community to receive the services from govt. health centre and raise their voice towards shortcomings.
